Was going to try this one, but the blurb isn’t inspiring. I hate the demise of LitRPG into harem/core rubbish, and this sounds more like similar tripe, only with a different framework.

Digitist, Mark Boyett does read LitRPG, he just did King’s League, so your wrong about that.

It sounds like dungeon core from the description which generally is a type of Litrpg. The author Skyler Grant has written 2 Litrpg I’ve listened to in the past. One could compete for my favorite dungeon core series so I’m hopeful.

Contains RPG/Core elements, though not many and its use is extremely limited. You don’t have to worry about the narrator repeatedly reading of some long stat sheet.
