It has been two years since the Shift - when most technology stopped working, and the laws of physics changed. Humanity has been brought to its knees. Like other survivors, Noah Henson has heard rumors of the Aelves. Among other guesses, predatory aliens seem as good as any other theory for what caused the Shift.

He will get a lucky break in a big way, through a mysterious orb with otherworldly power.
In time, perhaps Noah will find another path. And if he does die during the Shift, maybe it won’t be the end of his story. Sometimes, another chance can be an opportunity for redemption.

Torrent quality was great. The book was decent, but the enemy to come never shows til the very end and it all feels like massive build-up.
Hopefully book 2 is as well written, but with more action.

I have an issue with First Song Anthem of Infinity Series, Book 1 - 001.m4b at about 05:41:18, it just goes dead for the last 42:00. I’ve re-downloaded and tested in a few players same spot.
